Symptoms

In iProcurement sometimes when punching out the Supplier page comes up blank

Punchout vendor page should be loading.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement and attempt to connect to punchout
2. Page loads but then appears blank


Due to this issue, users cannot access the punchout
