Problem Statement
When trying to delete a rejected standard purchase order, an error occurs:

Error
ORA-20002: 3124: Process 'DEFAULT_ERROR' for item 'WFERROR/WFXXXXX' is not active. in Package PO_HEADERS_SV1 Procedure delete_document: 10

ORA-20002: 3124: Process 'DEFAULT_ERROR' for item 'WFERROR/WFXXXXX' is not active. in Package PO_DOCUMENT_UPDATE_PVT Procedure process_delete_action: 30

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Buyer Work Center > Orders
  2. Find a purchase order in Rejected status.
  3. Choose the Delete option and click Go.
