Reason Filed Is Automatically Disabled on Transaction Move Order Form (Doc ID 2446535.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Reason filed is enable on transaction move order form.
But when reason filed click for enter, it automatically was disabled.

Expected Behavior
Want to enter reason code on on transaction move order form.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. (N)INV > Move Orders > Transact Move Orders
  2. Find move order and move to "Reason" filed
