PA_PO_INVALID_FINISH_DATE Error When Attempting To Update Task Finish Date (Doc ID 2446747.1)

Symptoms

We are trying to update the Task Finish Date for Task Number 581 on Project Number 10596. However, we when attempt to do that, we are getting an error message stating:

PA_PO_INVALID_FINISH_DATE (POFINISHDATE=28-SEP-2018)

Please advise as to what is causing this issue.

On our SUPPORT instance, we attempted to update the "Need By" date on all lines on all POs with this Project / Task, but that did not seem to help. We also check all receipts for this project / task, but all need-by dates are in the past, so those don't seem to be the cause of the issue as well.

I will upload a screen shot of the error.
