R12: PA_PO_INVALID_FINISH_DATE Error When Attempting To Update Task Finish Date (Doc ID 2446747.1)

Trying to update the Task Finish Date for a Task Number on a Project Number.  However, when attempting to do that, receiving an error message stating:


Attempted to update the "Need By" date on all lines on all POs with this Project / Task, but did not resolve the issue.  Checked all receipts for the project / task, but all need-by dates are in the past, so this does not seem to be the cause of the issue.
