Problem Description:
Error while importing timesheets into PA
We are facing below error when running PRC: Transaction import. We are getting below error

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit timecards
2. Approve them
3. Run PRC
4. Observe the error in the View Requests form
5. Observe the error in the log for the request
