Error When Scheduling A Task: The Request SearchAssistedOptions Did Not Complete Successfully (Doc ID 2447254.1)

Symptoms

After applying a patch the following error started to occur when attempting to schedule a Task:

Error:

The request SearchAssistedOptions did not complete successfully.
Please refer to the Help > Diagnostics > Logging menu for information about the cause of the request failure.
If no logging found, please enable logging on level Error and execute the request again.

The following API, FULL_REFRESH, was executed with missing/invalid parameter, P_START_TIME
Please make sure that all the required parameters are provided when calling this API.


Steps:

1. Create task in the Service Request form > Tasks tab
2. Select the Scheduler icon.

=> Error occurs.
