Items Tied To Categories On A Price List Not Returning A Price In Charges On The HTML Page (Doc ID 2447318.1)

When creating charges in the Service Request page in Customer Support, if an item is identified on a price list by an Item Category no price is returned on the charge line. If however, the item is identified by the item number, the price is returned.

Steps to Reproduce
(R) Customer Support Specialist > Customer Support > Agent Dashboard
(N) Create a new Service Request
Click on Charges and Logistics
Create a new Charge with an item that is associated to an item category on the Price List.

No Price is returned.
