Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When purging business objects through the scheduled purge process, the process hangs intermittently and does not complete. The Purge History screen shows the action as 'RUNNING' state and does not complete. The selected records marked for purge are not purged and remain in the OLTP database. This issue can be seen regardless the volume of records selected to be purged (whether that is in 10s, 100s, or 1000s)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to be able to archive data in OLTP database consistently with no issues.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a scheduled process to purge objects in OTM.
2. The scheduled purge process hangs intermittently and shows as a RUNNING state and no records are purged.
