Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Trade Management

Claim Approval: When the user apply CM at claim gets error
 Error Log: 1:  An error occurred when trying to do Split Claim Reapplication in AR.

 

FND debug shows:

Before calling arp_acct_event_pkg.upgrade_status_per_doc, inside Unapply
Apply: validation return status :S

jl_ar_receivable_applications.Unapply_br()+
get_prev_interest_values: 100
jl_ar_receivable_applications.Unapply_br()-

Apply: Error(s) occurred. Rolling back and setting status to ERROR
