12c Business Intelligence Publisher Reports Fail With Error 'XMLPGEN-03111 : user requested cancel operation' For BI Publisher Reports Which Run For More Than 600 Seconds (Doc ID 2448001.1)

Symptoms

In OBIEE 12.2.1.3 some BI Publisher reports fail when running for more than 600 seconds.

The issue occurs after increasing SQL timeout parameters in xdo.cfg file with the below parameters:

The following error is observed in the log:

XMLPGEN-03111 : user requested cancel operation
