Orders cannot be booked for inactive accounts.
Have been inactivating the accounts, but the RMA for equipment return cannot be done if the account is inactive.

Were told that there is a methodology to use specific transaction types for specific customers and inactivate the transaction type when the customer is no longer able to put in new requests.
This will allow the client to be active and return equipment, but not place new request.
