Symptoms

GMS: Submit/Baseline Award Budget is completes with PA_NO_BUDGET_VERSION_AMG;

GMS_BUDGET_PUB.SUBMIT_BASELINE_BUDGET - Exception:-20001-ORA-20001:

The project has been budgeted to multiple awards. One of the budgets has a different budget entry method than the other budgets.
The budget with the different budget entry method was changed to match the other budgets.
