Symptoms

While entering German character in Address Line 1 of Customer Site Address Screen, the following error is encountered:

The same is also true while logging application using 'Deutsch' (German) language as well.

Here the Value Set used is "XXGLOBAL_ADDRESS_LINE" for address line 1 validation.
