R12: Email Notification Of Status Report Not Mailed To Approver (Doc ID 2448488.1)

Symptoms

Email notifications are not received by the approver via PA Status Report Workflow (PAWFPPRA):

When a user creates a Status Report the workflow must send two notifications to the approver.
One as a home list Notification and the other as an Email to notify the approver that it requires approval.

It is this PAWFPPRA Email Notification that does not reach the approver. The user is expecting an Email and not just a worklist notification, but The "REPORT APPROVAL REQUIRED" message is not received as email.

This is from the message "Notify: Report approval required, approve?" "NTF_REPORT_APPROVAL_REQD"
This is sent from the PA Status Report Workflow (PAWFPPRA) via the Status Report Approval, Subprocess (PA_PROG_REP_APPRVL_SUB)
There should be an email notification along with the worklist notification for the "NTF_REPORT_APPROVAL_REQD" message.
