R12/OIE: Is Approver Automatically Updated after the HRMS Change (Doc ID 2448630.1)

Approver field is setup to default employee's HRMS Supervisor. The employee creates an expense report in draft mode with Approver = AAA.
The empoyee's HRMS record is updated to have Supervisor = BBB.
The approver on the report still has Approver = AAA.
Can the Approver be automatically updated with changed HRMS setup ?
