Symptoms

Cannot change status on recipes to Obsolete/Archived that are in Approved status in obsolete organizations. Recipe status should have been updated before the organization was obsoleted.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Responsibility -> formulator
2. Recipe form -> load recipe from obsoleted organization which is approved for general use.
3. Change status is not available.
