Symptoms
When APPLCSF directory is on a NFS file system, the Concurrent Managers don't start and the following error is seen in the managers log files:
"Concurrent Manager cannot open your concurrent request's log file /shared/oracle/<instance>/log/lxxxxxx.req
Check that the person who started the concurrent manager has privileges to create and wr"
If APPLCSF is on a local file system on the CP server, the managers are running fine.
Changes
Changed the APPLCSF directory from a local file system to a NFS one.
