Last updated on JANUARY 15, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Concurrent Processing - Version 12.1.3 to 12.1.3 [Release 12.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When APPLCSF directory is on a NFS file system, the Concurrent Managers don't start and the following error is seen in the managers log files:

"Concurrent Manager cannot open your concurrent request's log file /shared/oracle/<instance>/log/lxxxxxx.req

Check that the person who started the concurrent manager has privileges to create and wr"

If APPLCSF is on a local file system on the CP server, the managers are running fine.

Changed the APPLCSF directory from a local file system to a NFS one.
