Discuss solutions for the E-Business Suite Workflow Mailer frequently failing to connect to the IMAP server due to the following errors:

'UNEXPECTED:[SVC-GSM-WFMLRSVC-5226862-10009 :]:Unable to connect to mail store at attempt #x'
