Symptoms

When the user is generating a new Cost Forecast version with the field "Open Commitments" enabled, the following error appear:

ORA-01403: no data found in Package  PA_FP_GEN_COMMITMENT_AMOUNTS Procedure
GEN_COMMITMENT_AMOUNTS
User-Defined Exception in Package PA_FP_GEN_FCST_AMT_PUB Procedure
GENERATE_FCST_AMT_WRP
User-Defined Exception in Package PA_FP_GEN_FCST_PG_PKG Procedure
UPD_VER_DTLS_AND_GEN_AMT
