Unable To Update Veteran Self Service Option To "I Belong To The Following Classifications..." (Doc ID 2449852.1)

Goal

On :  12.1 HRMS RUP10 version, US HR Statutory Reporting

Unable to update Veteran Self Service option to "I belong to the following classifications..."  

When selecting the first option on the Veteran SS page "I belong to the following classifications of protected veterans" and selecting the appropriate checkboxes, the change is not saved after continuing.

No errors are received, but when you return to the page, it has defaulted to "I am NOT a veteran".  

This has been tested with personalizations turned off and from a seeded Employee Self Service responsibility.

How do we know this has been saved/updated?
