Performance is Slow When Saving Changes to Values in Item Categories DFF in Form INVIDCAT (Doc ID 2450050.1)

 Using seeded form INVIDCAT 12.0.3, saving changes to values in DFF takes as much as 3+ hours to complete.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Inventory > Setup > Items > Categories > Category Codes
2. Enter Item Categories in Structure Name field > Click Find
3. Click in the DFF [ ] > Change any field, for example: Buyer
4. Save the change.  Observe that saving will take a long time due to the slow performance of the code.
