ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to override the tax rate on the newly added line of a PO created before tax implementation
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
system should override the tax classification code and recalculate the tax amount based on the new tax rate.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- From the purchasing responsibility
- Add a new line to a PO created before Tax implementation date using the standard PO Form
- Navigate to Actions > Manage Tax and this will show that tax classification that defaults from E-Business Tax
- Click on 'Additional Tax Information' button and change the defaulted tax rate to the required tax rate
- Click on 'Apply' and it will navigate back to the tax page.
- The tax classification is not overridden and the tax amount is not re-calculated according to new tax rate
