Symptoms
Unable to generate PDF for Timecard Status Dashboard
In Timecard Status Dashboard, when the user clicks the "Generate PDF Report" button, it shows below error.
Error Page

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
Error details:
Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 718; columnNumber: 610; Column 610>: XML-20121: (Fatal Error) End tag does not match start tag 'LOC_TYPE'.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log in using user account
Go to Manager Self Service Resp > Timecard Status Dashboard
Populate these following fields with below values
Start Date : 01-Jul-2018
End Date : 24-Aug-2018
Then click Go Button.
Click the link in Total Column and Generate PDF Report button
