Error when trying to baseline a budget after funding was done at the project level incorrectly

Usually fund the project at top task level, create budgets and the revenue generates at task level.
But at the time of this contract creation project was funded at project level, revenue generated at project level(means events with task_id as NULL in pa_events).
The problem was then corrected to setup the project to be funded at top task level and the revenue generated at task level.
Error occurred.
