On : 12.1.1 version, Inventory Transactions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Item was received and delivered to inventory but not Showing In Inventory Material Transaction Table.
No records in mtl_material_transactions table and mtl_onhand_quantities_detail.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the transaction/onhand to be available.
