In payments tab the supplier site is not defaulted / populated from the payment term template.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the supplier site to be populated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Payment Term Template
2. Use the template and review the supplier site
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the term templates as designed.
