Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
-------------------------
After Input Tax Credit is availed , system is allowing for cancellation of the AP invoice.
Because of this when GSTR2 output is showing wrong tax amount under Amount of ITC Available for

Canceled Invoices. i.e. Tax amount under Amount of ITC Available is original amount(which is same as the amount before cancellation).

Expected Behavior:
----------------------
Ideally , after Claim is processed, which means GSTR2 will be updated in such cases cancellation of the invoice shouldn't be allowed.

Steps to replicate
---------------------
1. Create an invoice with rec tax and recover the same then as expected, the GSTR2 is showing such tax amount in both fields
   "Amount of 
Tax" and "Amount of ITC Available" columns
2. Cancel the above invoice and then noted that the GSTR2 is WRONGLY showing such tax amount is shown ONLY in "Amount of ITC Available" column BUT NOT in  "Amount of Tax" column.
