On : 12.2.4 version, GST Payables

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

India Tax Details Form was not opening for an AP Invoice

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
India Tax Details Form should open for an AP Invoice

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create AP Invoice
3. Navigate to Tools --> India Tax Details form then issue can be seen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter the taxes and hence cannot complete the Invoice
