Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Billing Modules

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Customer Name not specified as mandatory field, but for the Manual Receipts it becomes required


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to create receipt without specifying the customer name, since this is not shown as required (as designated by *)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Lease Super User -> Lease -> Operations -> Receipts -> Create Manual Receipt -> Enter required data
2. See error stating 'A value must be entered for Customer Name'
