WMS Control Board Not Display Records After Patch 27211943

After applying patch 27211943 records will not display in the WMS Control Board.  The records exist, they are just not displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select Warehouse Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to Inquiry > Warehouse Control Board > Select organization
3. In the Find Tasks box, select Outbound in the source, Pending in the Status, click on the Outbound tab and put in filter criteria that you know will return records.
4. Click Find. Nothing will return.
  a. Even if you leave the fields blank in the Outbound tab, nothing will return.
  b. The response for search results form to display is very quick as well. Usually searching can take a few seconds but now it's less than a second with no results.
