Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Accounting related

When attempting to run AP and PO Accrual Reconciliation Report does not generate output and it fails with
the following error occurs.

ERROR
Post-processing of request 20498598 failed at 20-SEP-2018 16:16:13 with the error message:
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Submit a new request 
3. Run the following report: AP and PO Accrual Reconciliation Report
4. The program completes with the above error
