Get error ORA-06502 in workflow after applying the below patches

Just applied the  following patches:
22706126.B - R12.SCP_PF.B.delta.4
26399322.B - Logistics Consolidated RUP17 (VERSION 12.1.3 [RELEASE 12.1])
11072961.B - NZDT: SEED DATA LOADER INTEGRATION PATCH
23256716.B - R12.OPM_PF.B.Delta.7
26897707.B - THE CHANGING STATUS IS NOT SHOWED IN STATUS HISTORY
