EBS SOA Rest APIs Failed On Error While Executing Service (Doc ID 2451877.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version

When attempting to undeploy/deploy custom webservice
the following error occurs.

Caused by: BINDING.JCA-11819 Database type not supported. Encountered a database type APPS.TOLL_PO_RECEIPTSX3421743X2X1 that is either not supported or is not implemented. Parameter P_STAGING_TAB is of type APPS.TOLL_PO_RECEIPTSX3421743X2X1 which is either not supported or is not an implemented datatype. Check to ensure that the type of the parameter is one of the supported datatypes or that there is a collection or user defined type definition representing this type defined in the database.
