When attempting to close a service request, the following error occurs:

Prior Preventive Maintenance Service Requests for the customer product's unit effectivity exist.
Please close all the earlier Service Requests first.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change status of the Service Request to 'Close'.
