Errors Received when Accessing the eBusiness Center Form

Symptoms

 When trying to open the eBusiness Center or trying to create or search for a person record results in the following series of error messages:

FRM-40735: ASTRCINT_HANDLER trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502

FRM-40735: ASTOPEBC_HANDLER trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062

APP-FND-00005: Incorrect arguments were passed to user exit
#MESSAGE_TOKEN "MSG"
"An unexpected error occurred in jtf_grid.setBindVariable grid:<ASTRCINT_NOTES_GRID.JB_GRID> datasource
<ASTRCINT_NOTES_GRID>
