Symptoms

On 11.1.1.9.x version, Enterprise : Administration

One can see "Default - 日本語 - nihongo" in "User Interface Language" in "My Account" from Analytics.
However, if you log into BI Publisher (http://<hostname>:<port>/xmlpserver) or proceed to Publisher page, the user interface is not in Japanese.

Changes

 There is no change.
