Symptoms
Serial numbers cannot be found in the List of Values LOV when trying to perform Deliver transaction
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Receiving Transactions > Lot-Serial > trying the enter the Serial numbers > there is nothing in the LOV
