Symptoms

There is an error while filling the time sheet by the employee:
 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Period : September 15,2018-September 21,2018
2. Template : <TEMPLATE NAME>
3. Project : <PROJECT>
4. Task : <TASK>
5. Type: Non-Billable%
After entering the values click on “RECALCULATE” button then click on Continue button

6. After clicking on the Continue Button, the below error is occurring
Error : A task Level expenditure Transaction control has been violated
