Suggested Capacity Values To Stock Locators Are Not Reversed If WMS Drop Tran (Doc ID 2452923.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Inbound Processing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Suggested capacity values to Stock Locators are not reversed if user 'Cancels' or uses F2


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Cancelled values should be automatically cleaned up to reflect it's original capacity.
SUGGESTED quantity should be removed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Mobile Directed Move Any LPN
2) Enter LPN
3) WMS Rules fire and select locator; behind the scenes Oracle hangs "Suggested" quantities on the unit, volume, and weight capacities of the selected locator
4) User chooses to "Cancel" the transaction or select F2
5) Oracle does NOT clean up the "Suggested" quantities in any of the capacity fields
