ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An Over ridding Approver will receive multiple notifications when the Approve or Reject a timecard.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Only one approval should be needed from overriding approver
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create timecard for employee: Has Overriding Approver
2. Confirm notifications timecards shows in Worklist and Requires Approval
3. Review the timecards via OTL Line Manager > Mass Approvals > Can see the Projects details
4. Approve timecard for employee: (overriding approver entered on timecard and shows “Projects” on Mass Approval page.
5. Approve the timecard from worklist notification.
6. Worklist shows the FYI notification that timecard was approved and a NEW “requires approval” notification.
7. Check Mass Approvals. A new approval shows for “Human Resources” application:
8. Approve this one for “Human Resources” from worklist.
9. Check Mass Approvals. A new approval shows for “Payroll” applicaton:
10. Approve this one for “Payroll” Applications from worklist.
11. Check timecard as approved for all 3 applications (Human Resources, Projects,Payroll). Timecard is approved.
