Symptoms

Query the Project Nunber
Click on the Project Number
Click on the Workplan tab
Under Tasks; change the display to Hierarchy; click on the Go button
Change the view to WBS; click on the Go button and you’ll get the error:
Costs and/or Conversion Rates are missing for some resources.
