Cust Form: Search Does Not Have Results When Searching by Customer Name (Doc ID 2453366.1)

On R12,  Receivables Responsibility,  Customers Form, Customer search by name is not showing any results.
Search by account number does retrieve the account.   Need to have the ability to search by name and other criteria.

In Order Management, Customer Form, Customer search is working as desired.  Search by name, account number and other criteria has correct results.
