When concurrent 'India - Check Delivery OM/INV Interface' is run it is completing with error .
This is observed for the cases where post ship confirm if user is open the shipping transaction form
and checking tools - India tax details , while the India - Check Delivery OM/INV interface is still running .

Expected Behavior
------------------
Expects that the concurrent should complete normal without any error .

This is observed for the cases where post ship confirm if user is open the shipping transaction form
and checking tools - India tax details , while the India - Check Delivery OM/INV interface is still running .


Business criticality
