ORA-20000, DRG-50857,ORA-06512 Error When Running Knowledge Management Category Index Synchronization Program (Doc ID 2453883.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Setup flow

When attempting to run Knowledge Management Category Index Synchronization program after 12.2 upgrade,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Execution failed due to unexpected error.
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-50857: oracle error in drftoptprocn
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.DRVXMD", line 869 ORA-06512: at line 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Service -> Others -> Requests.
2. Submit new request for "Knowledge Management Category Index Synchronization" concurrent program with parameter as OFULL
