APP-SQLAP-10000 When Adding Project To Invoice Distribution Line (Doc ID 2454116.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add Invoice Distribution line and selecting a Project, Task, Expenditure Org and Expenditure Type, Invoice Workbench produces the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-SQLAP-10000: PA PA_WF_FATAL_ERROR N ERROR_STACK--> pa_acc_gen_wf_pkg.ap_inv_generate_account N ERROR_STAGE 30

If a trace is taken of the event, the error PA_NO_ASSIGNMENT will be found.
