When attempting an upgrade from UPK 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199, and selecting, "Yes, scripts have been run" multiple ORA error messages occur:
ORA-12154: TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified.
ORA-01017: invalid username/password
