Final Performance Rating Is Not Transferred To The Core HR Performance Form (Doc ID 2454916.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3 version R12.HR_PF.B.delta.8 of Application, In the Performance Form of Assignment under HRMS Manager Responsibility.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------

Observed that, Appraisal Rating From the Performance Management Cycle is not getting loaded into the Performance Form of Core HR.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------

Expect that, Appraisal Rating From the Performance Management Cycle should be getting loaded into the Performance Form of Core HR.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "Employee Self Service" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Function "Performance Management".

3. Open up the task "Manage Appraisal".

4. Self Rate against the Competencies and click on Next. There are no objectives.

5. "Total Appraisal Score" is calculated and displayed. Submit the same to Main Appraiser.

6. Login as Main Appraiser and Open up the Submitted appraisal, Click on the Button "Give Final Rating" and Approve the Appraisal and submit for Second Level Approver.

7. Login as Second Level Approver and approve the Appraisal rating.

8. Requester receives the final approval Notification.

9. Now login using "HRMS Manager" Responsibility.

10. Navigate to People --> Enter and Maintain.

11. Query the Employee for whom the Appraisal was done.

12. In the launched People Form, Click on the "Assignment" button.

13. In the launched Assignment form, click on the "Others" button and from the List Of Values (LOV), Choose the value "Performance".

14. In the launched Performance form, Observe that the Current Years Appraisal rating is not displayed. It is still showing the Last Years appraisal rating which was manually Keyed in.
