Monitor Supplier Activities Page Showing Duplicate Suppliers And Contacts (Doc ID 2455024.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3 when viewing the Monitor Supplier Activities page, some of the suppliers and contacts are displayed twice.

The supplier and contacts should only be displayed once

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Sourcing > Negotiations > Open an RFQ
2. Under Actions dropdown menu in top left corner, select Monitor Supplier Activities and click 'Go'
3. On this page some suppliers and contacts are displayed twice

Due to this issue, users are seeing duplicate suppliers.
