Next Work Order Suggested Based On The Actual Start Date (Rule Based PM) Issue (Doc ID 2455470.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The set of PM definition for next work order suggested is based on the Actual start date (Rule Based PM).
But when generating work orders via Maintenance Workbench, the next work order suggested based on Schedule start date of released work order.
Users reschedule the work order and based on reschedule start date system calculate the next work order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The system should consider only actual start date and not for reschedule start date.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following example:
1. Navigation: Preventive Maintenance -> Schedule Definition.
2. The rule based PM and Schedule Options as Actual Start Date (to Suggest next Service: Start Date).
3. But the system is system is suggesting the next work order incorrectly.
