ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Rhode Island has an additional $50 exemption that should be included as part of the disposable earnings

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Rhode Island disposable Income calculation should be gross - taxes - $50.00 exempt wages

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee in Rhode Island has a credit debt / garnishment deduction
2. Disposable Income calculation should be gross - taxes - $50.00 exempt wages
3. The system is not using the additional fifty dollars as protected pay
